Andrea Mitchell’s schedule has been slightly modified for her visit to UW-Eau Claire Thursday, April 22.

Because she needs time to check in with her office and take care of other matters, she will be unable to attend the Wisconsin Newspaper Association reception.

I will let you know if there are other changes to her schedule.

The following activities may be of interest to reporters/photographers planning to cover the Devroy Forum and related events:

• Discussion with communication and journalism students, 3:30-4:10 p.m., Room 103, Hibbard Hall
• Dinner with Chancellor Mash, members of the media and others, 5:30-6:15 p.m., Council Fire Room, Davies Center
• Informal presentation and Q&A with dinner guests, 6:15-6:35 p.m., Council Fire Room, Davies Center
• Media opportunity with Mitchell, 6:45-7:15 p.m., Alumni Room, Davies Center
• Mitchell’s Forum presentation begins, 7:30 p.m., Zorn Arena
