EAU CLAIRE — Women on Wednesdays will offer a discussion regarding the benefits of the new Center for Awareness of Sexual Assault from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 14, in the Hibbard Penthouse of Hibbard Hall at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Erica Eul, victim services coordinator, will lead the discussion on the benefits of CASA, which brings together the efforts of numerous campus and community programs aimed at preventing sexual assault, reducing the risks of being sexually assaulted and providing support to survivors of sexual assault.
This event is sponsored by the Women’s Studies Program, Wisconsin Women in Higher Education Leadership, Women in Higher Education, American Association of University Women, UW-Eau Claire Commission on the Status of Women, Provost and Vice Chancellor Ronald Satz and the Office of Academic Affairs, and Associate Vice Chancellor Kimberly Barrett and the Office of Student Development and Diversity.
The event is free and open to the public.
