EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education and Advisors on Gerontological Education (AGE) will present “It Takes a Village — The Impact of Aging on our Cities and Towns — Generating Solutions and Ideas that Work” on May 7 in Eau Claire.
The summit, designed for community leaders, business owners, managers, marketing directors, health and family services professionals, senior services providers, nursing home/assisted living administrators and others interested in and concerned with the impact of aging, will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Plaza Inn and Suites.
Keynote speaker Dr. James Benson, president emeritus of Bemidji State University, speaks, writes and consults nationally and internationally in a variety of areas relating to quality, economic development, innovation, excellence and the future.
The workshop fee is $30 and includes lunch and refreshments, CEUs, and program materials.
