EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education/UW-Extension will present “Improving Managerial Efficiency,” a two-day seminar designed for project managers, team leaders, supervisors and small business owners.

“Improving Managerial Efficiency” will be offered March 10-11 at Sweetwaters Restaurant in Eau Claire. Workshop facilitator Michael Monroe Kiefer will focus on increasing managers’ and staff’s creativity, identifying time wasters and using the linear processing method to increase overall efficiency and quantity of work. The program also includes tips for speed reading and using mind-mapping to organize projects.

“Improving Managerial Efficiency” is part of the Supervisory Management Certificate program co-sponsored by the Small Business Development Center, UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse and UW-Extension.
