EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education/UW-Extension will present “Effective Assisting in Education with Dr. T. J. Sheridan” in Green Bay, Wisconsin Dells and Brookfield during March and April.

The workshops were designed by Sheridan for teaching/instructional assistants, classroom aides, and general school aides and assistants to meet core requirements in either DPI or PDA and to assist with meeting mandated ESEA requirements.

Participants can choose between three topics and several dates and locations. “Legal and Ethical Issues” will be held March 2 in Brookfield; “Effective Communication Skills” will be held March 16 in Brookfield, March 18 in Wisconsin Dells, and April 15 in Green Bay; and “Effective Discipline” will be presented April 20 in Brookfield and April 21 in Wisconsin Dells.
Program tuition is $99 per person. Programs begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 3:30 p.m. Tuition includes materials, lunch and CEUs.
