EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education and UW-Extension will present “Supervisory Management 1,” a two-day seminar designed for managers with supervisory responsibilities.

“Supervisory Management 1” will be offered in Eau Claire Feb. 5-6 at Sweetwaters Restaurant. Workshop facilitators are Ann Lapp and Bob Pecor. The seminar focuses on the transition from operational roles to a decision-making role on the management team. Leadership styles, motivating performance, and managing a disciplined workplace are also discussed.
