Claire Fall Short Play Festival
To Present 10 Plays Nov. 18-20

EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Fall
Short Play Festival will take place in Riverside Theatre of the Haas Fine Arts
Center, Tuesday through Thursday, Nov. 18-20.
The following plays will be performed from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday
and from 8 to10 p.m. Wednesday.
- “Line,” by Israel Horovitz, is directed
by senior Kelly Lee Kriesel, Madison.
- “Overtones,” by Alice Gerstenberg, is
directed by junior Emily Danielson, Vadnais Heights, Minn.
- “Under Control,” by Elinore Jones, is
directed by senior Yulisa Lin, Nicaragua.
The following plays will be performed from 8 to10 p.m. Tuesday
and Thursday.
- “Pastoral,” by Peter Maloney, is directed by
senior Jim Pitroski, Oconto.
- “How to Write a Play,” by Peter Terson, is directed
by senior Lars Nelson, Winona, Minn.
- “Life Under Water,” by Richard Greenberg, is
directed by senior Emmy Polodna, La Crosse.
The following plays will be performed from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday
and Thursday.
- “In Place,” by Corinne Jacker, is directed by
senior Eric Traxler, Eau Claire.
- “The Problem,” by A.R. Gurney Jr., is directed
by senior Beth Hoffert, Marion.
- “The Last Yankee,” by Arthur Miller, is directed
by senior Adam Roub, St. Paul, Minn.
- “A Need for Brussels Sprouts,” by Murray Schisgal,
is directed by senior Brian Johnson, Faribault, Minn.
Tickets are available for $2 per two-hour set at the University
Service Center, (715) 836-3727, and at the door.
