EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education/Extension will present “Developing Communication Strategies,” a two-day seminar designed for team leaders, supervisors, administrators and others with supervisory responsibilities.
“Developing Communication Strategies” will be offered Oct. 1-2 in La Crosse at the Clearly Alumni and Friends Center on the UW-La Crosse campus. The seminar also will be offered Oct. 28-29 at the AmericInn in Baldwin and Feb.19-20, 2004, at Sweetwaters Restaurant in Eau Claire. The seminar focuses on improving participants’ abilities to relate to people with different communication styles.
Workshop facilitator Tony Nagle is a nationally known public speaker and trainer specializing in communication and negotiation problems in labor-management relations, sales and marketing.
“Developing Communication Strategies” is a specialized course in the Supervisory Management Certificate program co-sponsored by the Small Business Development Center, UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse and UW-Extension.
