UW-Eau Claire Students Offered
Established and Emerging Leaders Seminar

 MAILED:  Aug. 25, 2003

EAU CLAIRE — The Established and Emerging Leaders Seminar, running Oct. 2 through Dec. 11 at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, is a four-part series focused on basic leadership skill development. The series provides resources to help students grow as individuals and as group members, offers a solid theoretic foundation and practical application to leadership, and enables students to become more confident and marketable.

All four sessions meet Thursdays at 3:30 p.m. in the Alumni Room of Davies Center. Sessions will address wellness lifestyle and development (Oct. 2), personal mission statements and goal setting (Oct. 30), the seven habits of highly effective people (Nov. 13), and leadership and conflict management (Dec. 11).

Enrollment is open to all UW-Eau Claire students and is limited to 25 people. Applications are available at the Student Organizations Complex, Davies Center 132, and should be returned no later than Monday, Sept. 22.

The Established and Emerging Leaders Seminar is presented by the Activities and Programs office.
