EAU CLAIRE - University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education will offer a "Foot and Nail Care" program designed for registered nurses, nurse practitioners, wound care nurses and diabetic educators.

Tara Buescher, a registered nurse and clinical specialist in gerontology at Marshfield Clinic, Lakewood Center, Minocqua, will address patient teaching activities, identification and treatment of selected conditions of the skin and nails, and foot and nail care/management.

The fall session is October 23-24 at Holiday Inn Campus and the UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing. Class times are 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Tuition is $349 and includes two lunches, refreshments, program manual, instruction and supervised practice. Enrollment is limited and past programs have filled quickly, so register early to guarantee your spot.
