EAU CLAIRE - Carissa Krautkramer, Marathon, has been awarded a Wisconsin Academic Decathlon Scholarship to attend the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire this coming fall.
Students participating in the Wisconsin Academic Decathlon, a non-profit organization that sponsors state-wide academic competitions, are qualified to apply for this award if they are in the top 25 percent of their graduating high school class with an ACT score of 25 or greater. The scholarships are renewable for up to four years if recipients maintain a required GPA.
Krautkramer is a graduate of Marathon High School and the daughter of Sly and Nancy Krautkramer. She plans to major in business finance.
