EAU CLAIRE - Six University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire students were inducted into the university's chapter of Order of Omega, April 23, during Honors Week.

Order of Omega is a leadership honor society that aims to recognize those fraternity men and women of junior or senior standing who have attained a high standard of leadership in inter-fraternity activities and to encourage other members to strive for leadership roles.

The following students were inducted into the organization: junior Timothy Brennan of Phi Gamma Delta, a theatre arts major from Eden Prairie, Minn.; junior Timothy Friesch of Phi Gamma Delta, a business finance major from Verona; junior Anthony Eichberger of Delta Sigma Phi, a mass communication major from Black River Falls; senior Justin Hennig of Phi Gamma Delta, a marketing major from Eau Claire; junior Michelle Pickett of Delta Zeta, a biology major from Milwaukee; and junior Valerie Schmude of Sigma Sigma Sigma, an art major from Manawa.
