Andrea Mitchell, chief foreign affairs correspondent for NBC News' Washington, D.C., Bureau, has had to cancel her planned appearance this spring at UW-Eau Claire because of her obligations to cover developing news related to a possible war with Iraq.

Mitchell was slated to speak during the Devroy Forum April 24.

Organizers of the Devroy Forum are working with editors at The Washington Post to identify a new speaker for this year's event. We will share the information with you when a new speaker is identified.
