Story Idea
Gov. Doyle's 2003-05 budget proposal includes eliminating a program that pays for intensive in-home therapy for children diagnosed with autism. Kevin Klatt, assistant professor of psychology, is a nationally certified behavior analyst who has done extensive research in areas relating to autism, including teaching communication skills to children with autism. Klatt leads a behavior modification clinic on campus that works with area autistic children and their families. Klatt is available to talk about the role intensive in-home therapy plays in helping children with autism and their families. You can reach Klatt at (715) 836-3995 or klattkp@uwec.edu.

Ocho de Marzo, a women's activist theater troupe from Managua, Nicaragua, will perform on campus Thursday. The group will perform at 6 p.m. in Davies Theatre of Davies Center.
