UW-Eau Claire to Hold
14th Annual Wellness Fair

         EAU CLAIRE  The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire is holding its 14th annual Wellness Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 27, in the Tamarack Room and Skylight Lounge of Davies Center.
         This year's theme, "Wellness Wonderland," is intended to showcase wellness resources, both on campus and in the community, that are available to assist university students, faculty and staff in attaining and maintaining healthy lifestyles, said Sarah Harvieux, coordinator of the Wellness Fair and health educator with the Student Health Service.
         "Wellness Wonderland" will showcase over 30 exhibitors from around the community and also feature demonstrations from UW-Eau Claire sport and social clubs, including Hwa Rang Do from 11:30 a.m. to noon, Men's Rugby from noon to 12:30 p.m. and Two to Tango from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m.
         An additional evening activity, Aerobics Extravaganza, will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Room 199 of the Eugene R. McPhee Physical Education Center. This event is free and will include drawings for prizes.
         The Wellness Fair is free and open to all students, faculty and staff. Refreshments will be provided courtesy of the Classified Staff Development Fund.
         The Office of the Provost, Student Health Service and University Recreation are co-sponsoring the Wellness Fair. For more information contact Harvieux at (715) 836-2001 or send e-mail to harviesm@uwec.edu.
