'Safe Space' Training. The goal of this program is to make the university community safer by increasing awareness of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender issues. The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning will sponsor a presentation titled "Promoting Integrated and Transformative Assessment: A Deeper Focus on Student Learning" by Catherine Wehlburg, executive director of the Office of Assessment and Quality Enhancement at Texas Christian University.
