New paperless process in place for GF parking applications Obsolete Desire2Learn records to be purged |
New paperless process in place for GF parking applications New this year as part of UW-Eau Claire’s sustainability initiatives is a change from paper applications to paperless e-mail applications. The application should be filled out, saved and sent as an e-mail attachment to GFparking@uwec.edu. Notification of approval or denial will be e-mailed to each applicant in July. For more information about the application process, contact Dorothy Nelson, Budget and Finance, at nelsondo@uwec.edu or 836‑5182. The application deadline is May 8. Employment • Athletics: Two athletic training intern positions — one for 25 percent; and one for 12.5 percent — 836-3062. Obsolete Desire2Learn records to be purged A process now is in place to remove obsolete D2L course content and student contributions. D2L courses offered in any term prior to fall 2005 have been identified as candidates for removal. Desire2Learn courses for the following terms will be removed completely and permanently as of May 26, 2009: Instructors are asked to review their D2L courses for the terms listed above for any course information they wish to retain. Information about saving D2L course content is available on the D2L Cleanup Web site. For more information or assistance, contact Roxie Muldoon, LTS, at muldoorr@uwec.edu or 836-2700. Continuing Education offerings • Registration Opens for Grant Writing Institute. Additional information can be found on the Continuing Education Web site or by calling 715-836-3636.
