The programs will be held from 12:10 to 12:50 p.m. Wednesdays in the
Presidents Room of Davies Center unless otherwise noted. Attendees are
welcome to bring a brown bag lunch or tray.

Strategic plan campus forums
set for Feb. 25-27
Planning Committee will host campus information and discussion sessions
Feb. 25-27 to review the draft strategic plan. The forums are open to
all faculty, staff and students. The committee, joined by the chancellor,
will answer questions about the draft plan and welcome comments and
suggestions. The forums will be held at the following times and new locations:
Feb. 25, 1-2:30 p.m., Tamarack Room,
11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., Tamarack Room, Davies Center.
3-4:30 p.m., Nursing Building, Room 104.
Copies of the draft strategic plan have been
distributed to all faculty and staff. The draft also can be downloaded
from the strategic
planning Web site.
Caitlin Lee was elected president
of the board of directors for the Hmong Mutual Assistance Association
Jan. 26. Lee, the first woman to be elected president, had previously
served on the HMAA Executive Director Search and Screen Committee. She
also had served as a volunteer for the organization.

Condolences to the family of Elizabeth Stuck. Stuck, who worked in the
Admissions Office at UW-Eau Claire for many years before her retirement,
died Feb. 2 in Chippewa Falls. Full
