John Means, UW-Eau Claire women's golf coach; Scott Kilgallon, director of athletics; and golf team members Meghan Sobotta and Kate Borman were quoted in the Sept. 15 Leader-Telegram article "Fresh starts: Ex-Minnesota coach giving UW-EC an edge."

Heather Pearson, Admissions, was quoted in the Sept. 13 Leader-Telegram article "Entry policies changed — UW schools say practice isn't new."

Colleen Marchwick, Center for International Education, was interviewed for the Sept. 13 WQOW-TV story "Travel Trend: More Students Search for Overseas Education."

UW-Eau Claire students Carrie Peterson and Anna Gates, both veterans of the Iraq war, were quoted in the Sept. 9 Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article "Changing of the Guard — Five years after Sept. 11, state soldiers are working, fighting on new fronts.”

UW-Eau Claire student Irene Mueller was interviewed for the WEAU-TV story "Flag Memorial," about the UW-Eau Claire College Republicans' Sept. 11 flag display on the Campus Mall.
