Jodi Thesing-Ritter, Student Development and Diversity, and P.J. Kennedy, Counseling Services, were quoted in an Aug. 18 Wisconsin Public Radio story "UW-Eau Claire receives grant to reduce binge drinking," about the $300,000 U.S. Department of Education grant awarded to UW-Eau Claire to launch a program aimed at reducing rates of drinking among first-year students. UW-Eau Claire student Lori Scardino, the recipient of UW-Eau Claire's Kell Container Scholarship — the university's largest scholarship, was featured in an Aug. 17 WQOW-TV story. Go to top of page
