Holiday Gift Program continues to accept donations
For the past 14 years Women in Higher Education has sponsored the Holiday Gift Program, a gift giving project for low-income, nontraditional-age and traditional-age UW-Eau Claire students and their families. Last year 148 children and parents received presents. In addition, more than $800 in cash was collected, which was converted to gift certificates for groceries.

As a result of the widespread response from faculty and staff members this year, a sufficient number of people will be buying gifts. However, the program will continue to accept monetary donations for grocery gift certificates.
