Counseling Services to offer groups
Counseling Services will offer the following groups for faculty, staff and students for the fall 2004 semester: Assertiveness Skills, Coping with Depression, Dissertation Support, First Offenders Alcohol Education and LGBTQ Personal Growth. Office/telephone etiquette workshop for students set for Oct. 7
A free one-hour workshop for student assistants in basic office and telephone etiquette will be held Oct. 7 from 11 a.m. to noon, with a repeat session from 1 to 2 p.m. the same day in the Potowatomi Room of Davies Center. Topics will include greeting visitors effectively, answering the telephone properly, transferring phone calls, taking phone messages appropriately and portraying a professional image. Differential Tuition Program deadline announced
The deadline for submitting differential tuition funding proposals for the 2005-06 academic year to deans, assistant vice chancellors and associate vice chancellors is Oct. 8. More information is available through the Academic Affairs Web site.
