Women’s soccer team to lead Blugold Buddies clinic
The UW-Eau Claire women’s soccer team will lead a Blugold Buddies soccer clinic Saturday, Sept. 18, beginning at 2 p.m.

The two-hour clinic, intended for children under 12, will take place at the Blugold women’s varsity soccer field at the southwest corner of Bollinger Fields off Hamilton Avenue in Eau Claire. The cost is $10 per person with no pre-registration required. The clinic will be directed by the women’s soccer coaching staff and members of the 2004 women’s soccer team.

Eau Claire County Recycling Program to hold computer and appliance collection
Eau Claire County's annual round-up for computers, appliances and televisions is set for Saturday, Sept. 18, at the following locations: County Exposition Center, Lorch Avenue, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; First Choice Computer Recycling, 1125 Starr Ave., Eau Claire, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and the County Highway Shop, Foster, 9 a.m. to noon.
