Employment Construction traffic update While students and their parents will be allowed to park and unload in front of Thomas and Putnam Halls, no permanent disabled parking will be allowed. Beginning Sept. 1 and continuing until the riverbank project is completed, Garfield Avenue will be closed at Schofield Circle. Vehicles will be able to enter at the service road near the College of Nursing. There will be 15-minute parking along Putnam Drive and part of Putnam Lot will be available for students with "R" permits. Until the project is completed, students with "R" permits also will be allowed to park in the Haas and Water Street Lots. For more information, contact Gary Bartlett at bartlege@uwec.edu or 836-2726. 'Pink Sheet' Notice of Meetings Gymnastics program for kids to be offered The Just for Kids program begins the week of Sept. 13 and meets Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturdays for 12 weeks. The cost is $155 per child. The Moms, Dads and Tots program also begins the week of Sept. 13 and meets Wednesdays or Saturdays for 12 weeks. The cost is $75 per child.
