UW-Eau Claire alumnus Alex Abdurahmanov was featured in the March 7 St. Paul Pioneer Press article “This tutor takes on new subjects with ease — From accounting to English, immigrant student helps others succeed."

UW-Eau Claire student Brian Vander Kamp was quoted on WEAU-TV March 7 for a story about a UW System student hunger strike in protest of state budget cuts and tuition increases.

Helaine Minkus, geography and anthropology, was quoted in the March 5 Leader-Telegram article “Programs explore Jewish New Moon holiday.”

Dan Langlois, University Recreation, was quoted in the March 5 Leader-Telegram article “Getting them hooked — University center attracts students new to outdoors activities.”
