Harry Jol, geography and anthropology, and colleagues from the University of Hartford researched a network of ancient tunnels that appeared to be a bathhouse from the time of Jesus in Nazareth, Israel, this past summer. Their findings were featured in the story "Is this where Jesus bathed" in the Oct. 22 issue of The Guardian Unlimited. Go to top of page

Lisa Herb, kinesiology and athletics, was featured in the Oct. 20 Leader-Telegram story "Not your average victory," about Herb's 700th win as a college volleyball coach. Herb also appeared on WEAU-TV Oct. 22. Go to top of page
