redesign preview now available
A prototype offering a limited number of redesigned
upper level pages of the UW-Eau Claire Web site is now available online.
The work group chartered to redesign the upper level pages has finalized
design, navigation and technical considerations. Content development
is ongoing and staff members are encouraged to check the site periodically
Following an initial prototype review period, it is
anticipated the redesign will be completed in the coming weeks. If all
goes as planned, the new Web redesign will “go live” prior
to the eight week Summer Session, which begins June 12.
The redesign has been presented to a number of groups
on campus that represent faculty, staff, students and administration,
and their suggestions have been taken into consideration as the redesign
has progressed. Your feedback also is welcome. Comments
can be submitted via the Web.

Claire to offer summer fitness classes
UW-Eau Claire will offer several fitness classes
this summer. The first session of the “Early Morning Summer Pilates”
will meet from 6:30 to 7:15 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays, May 25 to June
10, in the McPhee Dance Studio. The registration fee is $30 for faculty,
staff and students and $45 for community members. Full
