Rodd Freitag, political science, was interviewed April 30 on WEAU-TV about Nightline's controversial decision to have Ted Koppel read the names of all the soldiers who've been killed in Iraq.

Terry Allen, music and theatre arts, and UW-Eau Claire student Anna Figlesthaler were quoted in the April 29 Leader-Telegram article "UW-EC actors dig into ‘Mound Builders’," about the University Theatre production of "The Mound Builders," which opens May 6.

Douglas Faulkner, geography and anthropology, and several UW-Eau Claire students were quoted in the April 27 Leader-Telegram article "Research projects show off lab work," about UW-Eau Claire's 12th annual Student Research Day held April 26 and 27.

Joshua Zwiefelhofer, a UW-Eau Claire student, was featured in the April 26 Leader-Telegram article "New store dressed up for success," about the new clothing store Zwiefelhofer opened in Chippewa Falls.
