political science, was quoted in the April 20 Miami Herald article
"Outside
groups target Wisconsin for fall elections." Frietag also
was quoted on WDJT-TV (Milwaukee) in a similar piece titled "Interest
group starts local recruitment effort." Stephen Hill, political
science, appeared on WEAU-TV April 19 to talk about the impact of
Spain's removal of troops from Iraq. Andris Straumanis,
communication and journalism, was a guest on the Wisconsin Public
Radio show "The West Side" April 19. He discussed the Federal
Communication Commission's crackdown on the broadcast of obscene,
indecent and profane material. Robert Erffmeyer,
management and marketing; Phil Bollman,
a student in UW-Eau Claire's master of business administration
program; and Mark Hanson, MBA online
student, were quoted in the April 2004 Corporate
Report Wisconsin article "Mastering the MBA — Programs
adapt to the needs of working professionals." |
