Eileen Oswald, Career Services, was interviewed Feb. 10 on WEAU-TV about UW-Eau Claire's Internship Mania 2004, an annual event that features nearly 100 employers.

Dan Langlois, University Recreation, was quoted in the Feb. 6 Leader-Telegram article "Snow dogs — Sledding fun part of carnival," about the dog-sledding activity that was offered as part of UW-Eau Claire's Winter Carnival.

Nadine St. Louis, emerita, English, and UW-Eau Claire student Jenna Hovind were quoted in the Feb. 5 Leader-Telegram article "Adolescent writers release creativity at poetry workshop," about the poetry workshop St. Louis and Hovind led Feb. 4 at South Middle School in Eau Claire.

Paul Thomas, physics and astronomy, was quoted in the Feb. 5 Leader-Telegram article "Planetary pastime — UW-EC scientist has eyes on Mars," about NASA's exploration of Mars.
