Geoffrey Peterson, political science, was quoted in the Jan. 21 Leader-Telegram article "Local analysts downplay role of Iowa results."

Kim Pierson, physics and astronomy; Mohamed Elgindi, mathematics; Robert Langer, mathematics; and Bob Whitcomb, Continuing Education, were quoted in an article titled "Winning combination — Partnerships prudent for businesses, educational institutions" in the January issue of Chippewa Valley B2B, the first issue of the magazine. Chancellor Mash also contributed an article titled "Pooling resources — Partnerships abound at UW-Eau Claire campus" in the same issue.

Dale Taylor, allied health professions, was quoted in the Dec. 29 Kansas City Star article "Music works, emotionally and physically, as powerful reminder of someone who's gone" about the therapeutic effects of music.
