'Living with Grief' teleconference this week
Defining a public tragedy and looking at ways health care and other professionals can appropriately respond and offer support will be the topic of a live-via-satellite televised broadcast April 30 in Eau Claire.

The “Living with Grief” teleconference will air from 12:30-3 p.m. at the Dunn County Extension Office, 800 Wilson Ave, Menomonie, and the Eau Claire County Extension Office, 227 First Street West, Altoona. A discussion will follow the teleconference from 3-3:30 p.m. More information can be found online.

University Bookstore to be closed for inventory
The University Bookstore in Davies Center will be closed Saturday, May 3, for inventory. Standard hours will resume at 7:30 a.m. Monday, May 5.

GF parking permit applications due May 9
Applications for 2003-04 GF (guaranteed faculty/staff) parking permits have been distributed by campus mail to all UW-Eau Claire employees. Applications must be submitted by May 9. Employees who currently have GF permits must submit new applications.
