TIAA-CREF Counseling. A TIAA-CREF representative will offer 45-minute individual counseling sessions. Call (800) 877-6602 to make an appointment. Birchwood Room, Davies Center.

Summer Cinema. "The Sorrow and the Pity." (France 1972, directed by Marcel Ophüls, 251 minutes, black and white, in French and German, with subtitles.) This film is about how people lived during the Nazi occupation of France from 1940-1944. It is a shattering portrait of how ordinary people conducted themselves under extraordinary circumstances. Davies Theatre, noon and 7 p.m. Also July 18.
