Academic staff invited to attend leadership conference
The 16th Annual Academic Staff Leadership Conference, "Leading through Innovation," will be held July 17-18 at UW-Platteville. The conference will bring together academic staff members from throughout the UW System to provide personal and professional development, an opportunity to network with peers, and a brief escape to the relaxing atmosphere of southwest Wisconsin.

Conference attendees will have a choice of workshops on such topics as academic staff and faculty cooperation, changing roles of academic staff, diversity in the workplace and leading creatively. Rebecca Martin, the UW System's senior vice president for academic affairs, will present a keynote address titled “Growth Agenda for Wisconsin” during the conference.
