David Lewis and Scott Hartsel, chemistry, were featured in an article titled "Discoveries and People Making Them" in the July issue of the WiSys Technology Foundation newsletter. Go to top of page

Dick Boyum (emeritus), Counseling Services, appeared on WEAU-TV July 14 to discuss the psychology of humor and its relationship to health and wellness. He also had his letter titled "Smokey rooms unhealthy" published in the July 8 Leader-Telegram. Go to top of page

Robert Hooper, geology, was interviewed on WEAU-TV July 12 for a story about UW-Eau Claire's new High Resolution Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer, which was funded by a $425,000 U.S. Department of Education grant. Go to top of page
