EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education/UW-Extension will present “Maximizing Performance,” a two-day seminar designed for managers who have completed basic management training. The seminar focuses on creating work environments that promote exceptional performance.
“Maximizing Performance” will be offered in Eau Claire Dec. 3-4 and April 29-30, 2004, at Sweetwaters Restaurant. The seminar also will be offered March 10-11 at the Cleary Alumni and Friends Center on the UW-La Crosse campus.

to enhance their professional effectiveness. He also developed the “Par
for the Course” coaching model.
“Maximizing Performance” is a specialized course in the Supervisory
Management Certificate program co-sponsored by the Small Business Development
Center, UW-Eau Claire, UW-La Crosse and UW-Extension.
