Foster Gallery Exhibit. An exhibit titled "Rome is Burning/The New School" will open today. The show will showcase art from outside the mainstream contemporary art world,
including works in underground comix, rock posters, graffiti art, Kustom Kulture
and graphic design. The exhibit will run through Dec. 2. An opening reception will be held from 7:30 to 9 p.m. tonight in the gallery. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays, 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays and 1 to 4:30 p.m. weekends. More information. Foster Gallery Exhibit/Talk. Faculty, staff, students and community members are invited to share in the festivities. Scheduled events include traditional Hmong ball tossing and cultural shows featuring traditional dance performances, folk songs, crafts and food vendors. Admission is $2 at the door.
