Secretary E-Mail - April 14, 2008
Hello NBA Members!
It's time for the Executive Board nominations for next year. The positions, along with job descriptions are posted on the NBA board. We will be voting next week, so be sure to take a look and nominate someone! Here are a few things to keep in mind for nominations:
- the position of president must be held by someone who has already been on the executive board
- it is ideal (though not necessary) if the president and vice president are on campus for the entire year of their terms
- the vice president, secretary, treasurer, and historian positions are open to all registered NBA members
- if you are nominated, but do not wish to run, contact a current board member to decline
I've included the official job descriptions at the end. If you have any questions about nominations or being on the exec board, please contact one of the board members and we'll be glad to help you out! Have a wonderful week!
