Folks, I want to personally thank you for all the hard work that you put forth for the Indianhead Honor Band this past weekend. It went off without a hitch, and everyone was really professional. You made the University and NBA look great!!

Sorry for the late notice...with IHB and my recital, a couple of things took me longer to get off the ground than I would have hoped.

For tonight's meeting, we'll be meeting in HFA 159. 8:00 p.m.

Topics include:
-IHB Wrap-Up and THANKS!!!
-Commissioning project news and related fundraising ideas (there are some ideas out there...but come with your own!!).
-Audition-Day Food Booth information (THIS SATURDAY!!). We are running this. It should give us some nice income and publicity beyond what we got last weekend.
-BAND CD LISTENING!!!

We couldn't get a room for a reading band...and I couldn't bribe people enough to give up their locations...so instead of a reading band, we're gonna do a "listening band" tonight. In HFA, we'll listen to a bunch of great band music...and we'll discuss it critically!! (not criticizing necessarily...just analyzing...or talking about sweet stuff that we hear) So come with open, attentive ears, and it'll be a great time!!
