8.28.07 - New Challenges God is constantly refining us. With the start of a school year comes new beginnings and new challenges. It seems that each year is never the same, and many times you are confronted with some seemingly insurmountable challenges. Whether they're classes, relationships, or some sort of spiritual hurdles. The difference in our lives is how we face these challenges. We can scorn them and blame God for putting us through the ordeal. Or we can realize that God does have a plan through it all, and has not abandoned us. Hebrrews 12:11 says "No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it. "
