Welcome to UW-Eau Claire Theatre and Dance

The UW-Eau Claire theatre program emphasizes a well-rounded curriculum offering students a strong academic background as well as practical hands-on experience. The curriculum focuses on the need for students to have a historical perspective and a contemporary understanding of all of the collaborative components of the art form and a working knowledge of how those components work together to reflect human values, experiences and accomplishments in order to challenge, entertain and enlighten audiences.

Practical experience is supported by a dynamic faculty who work closely with students and are active in their fields.
