CMENC Message from Amy McCoy

Hello CMENC members:

Laurie Francis from Northstar Middle School is looking for a few volunteers to do instrument demonstrations for fifth grade students.

When: Thursday, February 16th
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Reimbursement: $5 + cookies
Need Players: oboe, clarinet, alto or tenor sax, trumpet, tuba/euph, percussion

You would play a short demonstration on your instrument, 20 seconds, and then facilitate a station for students to try out the instruments. Be prepared to help students create a good embouchure.

Wow...how tired was I last night? There's a meeting next week, but it is not featuring who I previously had below...just changed that.

MORE Website Junk (10:30a.m.)

Minutes page now has the minutes from the previous two meetings. I'll look into posting material from previous speakers and putting it into PDF format as well for those that aren't able to attend a particular meeting. That's probably a little far off in the future though.

Website Junk (Too Early This Morning)

Officers and schedules have been updated. The minutes page will archive all previous meeting minutes from now on. Sorry if there are still bugs in certain spots, this is still a work in progress.

Hey folks, I've finally gotten around to updating the website. None of the content has been changed as of yet, I just finished the new design. Updated info will be on its way in the next week or so. If you have any suggestions, please shoot me an e-mail. Same goes if you find any broken links, pictures, or whatnot. Fonts are inconsistent right now, I'll fix that later.
