CMENC Meeting - General Meeting - 25 September 2006
The meeting was held on Monday, September 25th, 2006 4:00pm in HFA 160.
1. 5 Minutes of Advocacy
Need help on redoing the bulletin board and keep an eye out for our awesome trivia game
that can earn you more points or other special prizes.
2. Conference Information
a. Registration forms and booklets were handed out so talk to Ashley to get one of these!!
(Due date: Wednesday Oct. 4 at noon $25)
b. Members who can go to conference for FREE: Kristine Becker, Anne Bitney, Amanda Blaylock,
Courtney Gansmann, Aaron Hammerman, Amy Mccoy, Jill Redding-Boyd, Ashley Singer, and Danielle Tucker.
c. Ride and Housing sign up is up on the board. Hotel reservations must be made by Oct. 1
3. Magazines
Picked up after meeting
4. Fundraiser
a. Rules and Guidelines (attachment)
b. Due date: October 23 at the meeting (or earlier in mailbox)
c. Sample page: will be available to look at soon.
5. Speaker: Linda Peterson
“Getting to Know Your State Music Organizations.”
