CMENC General Meeting - 14 November 2005

Calendar:
1.Officers will meet next week.
2.November 28—Social/on campus scavenger hunt/Christmas caroling
3.Sat. Dec. 3 @ 12:15—Meet at Haas circle to go to Osseo to get the holiday tree
4.Sun. Dec. 4 @9:00a.m.—Get the tree set up (must be done by 12:30!!)
5.Monday Dec. 5—Officer’s meeting
6.Fri Dec 9 @noon—Lobby concert (PLEASE stay for a few minutes after to clean up!!! Pretty please!)
7.Dec 12—Student teacher panel

AMTAS:
--They’re doing a fundraiser to get instruments for music therapists in New Orleans. Contact Jen Martin if you want to help out.

NBA:
--Recording pieces for WSMA (Tim Baumann and Kristin Bar are in charge)
--They're just doing instrumental pieces this year
--Talk to Tim or Kristin if you’re interested in playing

Shirts:
--Polo shirts w/CMENC logo. The current price the officer’s had checked out was $16, but they’re still looking around.

Holiday Tree:
--A possible fundraising idea is to sell ornaments to go on the tree. The money would go to either the Branden Atherton scholarship or piece that’s being commissioned.
--Start selling after Thanksgiving for about a week from 10-2 each day. Watch the board for a sign up.
--Jess’ mom is working hard on the tree skirt! If you see Jess, tell her to tell her mom thanks from us! She’s already put in more than 20 hours!
