Through our programs and services, collaboration with others, and application of technology and other tools, we contribute to students’ achievement of the goals of the baccalaureate. Our daily efforts reinforce how we value the University community and those who have committed their talents and careers to advance the University mission.

What We Do

Help Desk

Offers a central point-of-contact for the unit’s learning & technology services, and provides technical support for University-supported software and hardware.

Learning Environments

Supports physical and virtual learning environments such as computer labs and distance education facilities.

Operations/Engineering & Development

Develops strategic plans for the University’s computing and networking needs, and delivers reliable information systems critical to efficient and effective education, communication, and administration.

Production Services

Provides various support services such as test scoring, voice communication, audio and graphics, and video and photo services.

Professional Development/Learning Center

Provides training, support, and professional development for the campus community relating to software, instructional & applied technologies, and instructional design.
