Healthy Computing

The use of proper body mechanics while using a computer is a constant challenge. Experiencing pain in your back, neck, shoulders and wrists are often mistaken for signs of aging rather than the consequences of poor posture.

If you would like a workstation evaluation or just some quick suggestions on improving your computing environment, contact the Help Desk at 836-5711 and request it. It costs nothing, but the benefits are priceless.

For comprehensive information on the ergonomics of computing, visit the Onsight Office Ergonomics web site.
