New Unclassified Personnel Forms
to Be Piloted On-Line

The English Department and Continuing Education have been chosen to pilot the Unclassified Personnel Forms that have been converted from Liquid Office to the BP Logix Software. Once the pilot phase has been completed, the electronic forms will be available for use by all units and departments.

The web-based forms included in the pilot are the following:

• Changes to Current Contract
• Inter-Institutional Hiring
• Justification of Candidate
• Overload Payment Request
• Personnel Action Request Form (PARF)
• Request to Recruit
• Search Conclusion Report
• Summer Session Appointment
