The LTS Help Desk and BITS (Building Information Technology Skills) invites all students, faculty, and staff to their open house on Wednesday, February 13. Come tour the new facilities, learn about the many services offered, and enjoy some refreshments.

Located in Old Library 1106, the LTS Help Desk offers all the same services from a more attractive and easily accessible location. With the move to this complex, the Help desk and BITS offices were combined to provide a single access point for assistance and to reduce redundancies in services. The new offices are conveniently located to anyone working in the 24-hour lab (OL 1108).

The LTS Help Desk provides technology and computing support via phone, email, and walk-in assistance. Additional services include Symantec Antivirus checkout for current students, faculty, and staff; work-at-home software; equipment checkout; Test Scoring drop off and pick up; and free personal computer virus and spyware clean up.
