Computing Assistance & Training (CAT), a unit of Learning and Technology Services (LTS) is the on-campus resource for building your technology skills or for solving hardware and software problems. We tailor our services to fit your needs. Whether it’s a brief call to the Help Desk, a one-on-one session to help with a specific project, workshop, or a department in-service, you’ll find the help you need.
Help Desk - Faculty, staff, and students can call or walk in during user-friendly hours; no appointment needed.
One-on-one Assistance - Faculty, staff, and students get personalized assistance on their projects.
Customized Workshops - Trainers tailor the content to meet your curriculum or staff development needs, by appointment.
General Workshops - Faculty, staff, and students can attend regularly scheduled workshops offered each semester which cover basic and advanced topics.
Student Technology Employment - Student Technology Training provides students with learning opportunities focused around technology in the work place.
