E-Reserve Access Problem Report

If you receive a call from a patron who is unable to access an e-reserve item:

  1. First check that the caller is trying to access e-reserve correctly.

  2. If the caller seems to have a true access problem, try to transfer the call immediately to Dan Hillis : 36-4961.

  3. If Dan Hillis is not available, ask the patron for the information to complete the following access problem report.
